I've been enjoying Caesars for years. The Caesar with "rimmer" and "veggies" boast savoury, sweet, spicy, salty and bitter flavours. I want to make one now just typing these words. Mmmmph!
In our house, and other members of the family's homes , you know who you are, "Caesar Sunday" has become a frequent occurrence. I can't explain it but a Caesar with all the "fixin's" on a Sunday just hits the spot. This bevy is delicious without alcohol! Enjoy and savour!
A quick tip: I like to start with a coarse salt, and grind it down to the texture that I like - a little course but not too coarse or too fine.
