Another simple easy to make and delicious chicken dish. We get our chickens and chicken pieces from our local butcher. Free range and antibiotic free.
There is definitely a difference in quality. If possible locate a local butcher and try these chickens. We’re starting to see more grocery stores now offering free range and antibiotic free chickens, including from local farmers.

THE GOODS!
4 chicken breasts (bone-in and skin-on preferably)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp fresh ground pepper
½ tsp coarse salt
LET'S DO THIS!
preheat the oven to 425’F
wash chicken in cold water and pat dry
mix spices in a bowl
sprinkle spices generously around all sides of the chicken
drizzle the oil over the chicken
rub in the spices and oil
place the chicken on a baking pan, skin side up
bake for approx. 35 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165’F
remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil for 10 minutes
